Raymond Conners is a third-generation real estate professional and certified residential luxury specialist who brings deep market analysis, real estate trends, and property marketing expertise to every transaction. His personal commitment to serve clients of all property types and price points with excellence has earned him great respect among his clientele and peers.
A University of Notre Dame graduate, Raymond spent many years abroad as a teacher in South Korea, Thailand, and China, where he cultivated his passion for education and love for diverse cultures. The listening and instructing skills he developed there formed him into a strong trusted advisor for his real estate clients. He later held the position of CFO for an international exchange student company, honing the analytical and business mindset he brings to every transaction. Having earned the Managing Broker distinction, he possesses an overarching understanding of the real estate industry and market trends, and proudly serves as his clients' trusted advisor throughout the home buying and selling processes.
Raymond is a local resident, very active in the local community, and volunteers for numerous non-profit charities including LGBTQ+ causes. He serves on the Board of Directors of Poulsbo Pride and has been the primary sponsor of both Poulsbo Pride and Bainbridge Island Pride. His passion for supporting diversity and equality for all extends beyond Kitsap County, he is well connected within The Agency's network of LGBTQ professionals around the country and the world.
