How I Can Help You Buy a Home

Happy Couple Whether it’s your first home or if you’re an experienced buyer, purchasing a home is a complex process. By working with me, you’ll find a home in the neighborhood where you want to live, one that fits your budget and meets your goals for features, quality and value. Once you’ve found the home that’s right for you, I will guide you through the process of making an offer; negotiating the terms of the sale; getting your potential purchase inspected, repaired and appraised; and closing the sale.

At Coldwell Banker we hold ourselves to a higher standard. All buyers must have a buyer consultation and sign a buyer service agreement before seriously searching for homes. During your buyer consultation you will first receive the Law of Real Estate Agency, as required by law, and discuss the relationship between yourself and your broker. We shall then discuss the buyer service guarantee as I explain how I will help you purchase your new home. Then we will discuss and sign the buyer service agreement which formalizes our relationship. Finally we will discuss your wants and needs for your new home. After establishing financial means to purchase, A formal search will begin after narrowing down the desired location, size, style, and price for your home.
